What do I do?
I work as a CTO and product engineer, responsible for technology across two software companies: one centered on mobile development and the other on systems integration. My role combines architectural decisions, product judgment, delivery planning, technical research, and direct implementation. Rather than separating strategy from engineering, I use hands-on product work to test assumptions and keep technical direction connected to what teams and customers actually need.
What kinds of systems do I build?
I build software platforms, web products, mobile applications, integrations, and AI-assisted operational workflows. The common requirement is that these systems must remain understandable while handling real delivery pressure. I turn product constraints into explicit boundaries, dependable data flows, and practical interfaces. My work favors durable foundations over unnecessary abstraction, while still leaving teams enough flexibility to add features, connect services, and adapt the product after launch.
Which technologies are part of my core stack?
My current work includes Vue, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Expo, Vercel, and Turborepo. Backend and data work can involve NestJS, Typesense, Sequin, Redis, Deno, and workflow automation with n8n. For AI systems, I work with the AI SDK, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and Replicate. I select technology to fit the product and operating model; my objective is not to maximize the number of tools, but to keep delivery fast and the resulting system coherent.
How do I approach technical leadership?
I treat architecture, delivery risk, and product detail as parts of the same decision. I work at CTO level while staying close enough to implementation to see where plans become fragile or unnecessarily complex. That means clarifying trade-offs, choosing boundaries that a team can maintain, researching unfamiliar technology before committing to it, and preserving a high standard for the user-facing result. My aim is to help teams move with maker speed without losing operational discipline.
How do I use AI in software and product work?
I integrate AI pragmatically, as a capability inside a wider product or engineering workflow. My public interests include long-context agents, reusable agent skills, recursive decomposition, and tools for working across large codebases or document sets. I evaluate where models can reduce repetitive analysis, improve retrieval, or coordinate multi-step work, while keeping human judgment responsible for scope and quality. I use AI to make a clear process more capable, not to hide an unclear process behind automation.
